All listed prices are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, scratches, or other conditions that require additional work. Any additional charges will be communicated before the additional work is performed.

3. Appointments and Cancellations
Customers are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled appointments. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellation or rescheduling policies may apply.

4. Vehicle Condition
Customers should remove valuable or personal belongings from their vehicles before service. Refinement Auto Detailing is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.

While we strive to provide high-quality detailing results and maintain a 100% satisfaction commitment, results may vary depending on the vehicle's age, condition, existing damage, stains, scratches, oxidation, and other factors beyond our control.

Refinement Auto Detailing will not be responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improperly installed aftermarket equipment, fragile or deteriorated materials, or items left inside the vehicle.
